PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fermipan is an instant active dry bakers yeast. Its fermentation power is identical to that of fresh yeast, for 3 to 4 times less weight. It can be used as easily as fresh yeast, direct into the preparation. In addition to its high fermentation power, it features all the advantages of a dehydrated product, long shelf life, easy storage, stability and reliability.

Final product is sampled and tested for chemical, physical and sensory parameters using internationally recognised procedures.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

This product should be kept in a cool (below 20°C), dry, ventilated place free from strong odours.  Packages should not be in direct contact with walls or floors.  Stock should be used in rotation, preferably within 2 years of manufacture.

SHELF LIFE

Under good housekeeping and the suggested storage & handling conditions this product in unopened bags has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. See best before details on each box.
