QUALITY ASSURANCEStrict quality control procedures are enforced during manufacture. The manufacturing environment is subject to strict monitoring and control in accordance with HACCP certification requirements. Final product is sampled and tested for chemical, physical and sensory parameters using internationally recognised procedures. STORAGE AND HANDLINGThis product should be kept in a cool (below 20°C), dry, ventilated place free from strong odours. Packages should not be in direct contact with walls or floors. Stock should be used in rotation, preferably within six months of manufacture. SHELF LIFEUnder good housekeeping and the suggested storage & handling conditions this product in unopened bags has a shelf life of six months from the date of manufacture. See best before details on each bag. TRANSPORTAll products delivered from Millers Foods are packaged in multi walled paper bags, which are packed on pallets with a pallet cover on the pallet. The pallets are then wrapped with stretch film with a both a plastic and a cardboard top cover. Deliveries are made at ambient temperature using covered delivery vehicles with side curtains. USAGE RATEMillers MF 100 Improver is added at the rate of 1% of flour weight. INGREDIENT LISTINGContains wheat, rye and soy as indicated in bold type. Soya Flour, Emulsifiers (472e, 481), Inactive Dry Yeast, Wheat Flour, Malt Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (300), Enzymes. None of the raw materials used in this formulation contains any product of animal origin, No raw materials containing any genetically modified material were used in this formulation. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATIONThis bread improver is supplied as a process aid under 1.3.3. of the Food Standards Code and is exempt from providing Nutritional Values. (Nutritional values are not present in finished goods) ALLERGEN INFORMATION This product has been made from wheat, and therefore contains gluten. It also contains Soy Flour.
