Stephen is a qualified miller and baker. With 22 years experience across Australia and New Zealand in both industries he saw competing as an independent supplier to the WA baking industry an opportunity not to be missed. He leads a team of 20 people who strive to "do the hard things better" in supplying products and services that meet customer expectations.

Wilf brings over 30 years experience in the baking industry to spearhead our sales team. Wilf also provides any technical support you may require on any of our products.

Mark Alexander

Mark
is a qualified Baker & Pastry Cook, with over 20 years'
experience gained predominately in Hot Bread Shops. He has also managed In
Store Bakeries in the UK and has been involved
in Technical Sales since 1996, having joined Millers Foods in early 2000.
Graeme Lewis

Graeme is a
qualified Baker who has spent time in hot bread shops,
supermarket and wholesale bakeries.
He looks after the
suburbs which lie south of the river and also
covers the south west and great southern regions.
Graeme is a born and bred Wheat belt
West Australian.
Adam Green
adam@byfordflour.com.au
Adam started his apprenticeship in 1996, working for Coles before
transferring to Bakers Delight. He
finished his apprenticeship in 2000. He
then progressed to a Production Managers role before joining Millers Foods
in 2003. Adam represented WA in the LA
Judge competition, and went on to win this
coveted award. His role includes
Quality Control work in our
Test Bakery and Technical Support.
Aaron Boots

Aaron is
the voice that our customers hear when calling Millers Foods.
His job in sales support
is to make sure that the contact between our valued customers,
technical area managers and
delivery team runs smoothly & efficiently. He
comes from a supermarket and journalism
background and is another local born lad.
